Booking & Payment
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. Your session is not officially booked until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due after your session, and must be paid in full before any photos are delivered.
I understand that some sessions run long, and I want you to get the most out of your session. If a session runs late there will be an additional charge of $30 per half-hour to accommodate for the additional time and work.
Cancelation & Rescheduling
You may cancel your session up to 48 hours before your scheduled time at no additional cost.
If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your shoot, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged to cover time and lost booking opportunities.
Rescheduling is allowed once, as long as notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.
In the case of bad weather or unforeseen emergencies, we’ll work together to find a new date that works for both of us — your deposit will transfer to the rescheduled session.
Delivery
You will receive your edited photo gallery within 2 weeks of your session date. If you need your photos sooner, feel free to reach out — I’ll do my best to accommodate your timeline when possible.
Final images will be delivered via email, along with a private gallery link and a download access code.
You’ll have 30 days to download all of your photos from the gallery. If you need more time or run into any issues, just let me know — I’m happy to help!
Image Use & Editing
You will receive full rights to all final, delivered images. You’re welcome to post, print, and publish them anywhere you’d like — they’re yours to enjoy and share.
However, once your photos have been edited and delivered by me, I kindly ask that no additional edits or filters be applied before posting or publishing. This helps protect the integrity of the image and the brand I’ve worked hard to build through my photography style.
If you’d like additional edits or retouching beyond what was included, I’m happy to help! Additional charges may apply depending on the extent of the requested edits.
No Show & Late Policy
If you do not show up to your scheduled session without any notice, a 50% no-show fee will be charged.
If you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible with your estimated arrival time. Communication is key!
If I do not receive any notice, I will wait for 15 minutes past your scheduled time. After that, the session will be considered a no show, and the no-show fee will apply.
What should I wear?
I recommend neutrals, earthy or jewel tones with minimal logos or patterns. Think cozy and timeless, but most importantly, YOU. I’m always happy to help you pick outfits that photograph beautifully.
What if I feel awkward in front of the camera?
Almost everyone does at first. My sessions feel more like hanging out than a photoshoot, so you’ll forget the camera is even there.
Can I print and share my photos?
Absolutely. Your gallery comes with personal print and sharing rights so you can post, print, and treasure them freely.
Can I bring props or personal items?
Yes, please! Books, letters, coffee mugs, instruments, anything meaningful to your story is welcome.
Do you edit photos heavily?
I focus on clean, natural edits with rich, earthy and jewel tones, nothing over-filtered or fake.
Do you pose us?
Yes — but not in a stiff or traditional way. I use natural prompts instead of rigid poses, guiding you into movement and real interaction so nothing feels forced. You won’t be stuck wondering what to do with your hands. I’ll give you direction the whole time. I am always willing to incorporate poses of your choice or preference.
