I would like to tell you that I have studied the art of photography from the finest institutions. The truth is my artistic endeavor was developed from a lack of interest in television and a touch of ADD. I’ve always traveled for work; and many times would need some reason to get out of my hotel room. On a trip to New York City (back in the early 90’s), I emerged from my hotel room, camera in hand, on a mission to explore and capture images from the city. After processing the images, I found that I really liked the results. I was hooked. So, I read a mountain of material, bought great equipment and started shooting everything that looked interesting. Over the years I have developed a style and a sense that appeals to me, and I hope to you as well. If you see a story in the image I have captured…then I feel I’ve done my job.
